Before we arrive...
...you'll receive a contract which details the needs for the day of the event so you and your staff can sit back, prepared and confident that you'll have a smooth-running event. Key points of our contract can be easily integrated into your PLA or other entertainment vendor agreement. You will also receive an insurance certificate listing you as additional insured with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $5,000,000 aggregate for bodily injury, property damage and all operations of Guggenheim Entertainment.
Stock original musical productions include...
...a compelling, clever 35-45 minute musical, ideal for a variety of events; as our fort‚ lies in musical theatre, our programs have music scripted throughout; they are adapted from classic stories or are original adaptations featuring popular and contemporary music and humor; they can be tailored to suit an audience of adults and/or children, depending on need; many of our productions also include audience participation which excites the audience and allows for prize giveaways or recognition of specific guests and/or sponsors; critical comment and quotes from clients about each production are available.
...four-six professional, adult performers who sing live (cast size dependent on individual production); these artists have extensive backgrounds working as professional singers, dancers and/or actors throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and East Coast markets; when serving a youth market, we also take care to hire artists with backgrounds in working with young people.
...professionally orchestrated sound tracks on a CD playback; just as with our performers, our vocal and musical directors are of the highest calibre.
...you'll receive an easy to use marketing packet including a disk and ad slick of the show logo in black and white and color; a short and long description of the show for use in poster and ad design; and a photo of the show (from a previously produced performance, as available) for use in your marketing collateral.
...a complete sound system (including microphones, speakers, playback, and sound cable, which we tape down for the safety of your guests).
...elaborate scenery and costumes; these settings are pleasing and functional, but designed for quick set up and take down.
...an emcee for pre- and post-event announcements; we will work with you to integrate the information you want passed on to the audience.
...set-up and take-down of all equipment; our crew works quickly, safely and efficiently taking care to treat the facility as if it were our own.
For additional costs, many elements can be added to a turn-key event to suit your needs. Features include lighting, additional sound, "front-of-house" staff (ushers), additional scenery, staging, draperies, etc. We also have seating, tables, chairs, risers, and more available for large scale events.
As well, we can supply other on-site entertainment including arts and crafts booths and educators and additional entertainers (i.e. ambient costumed characters and/or concierges, jugglers, balloon artists, caricature artists, etc), and other interactive, integrated entertainment specific to your theme/event.
